We’re thrilled to announce that the 7th Annual Washington Italian Festival, presented by the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania Sons & Daughters of Italy, Primo Italiano Lodge 2800, will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023, from 12pm-8pm at the Community Pavilion on Main Street, Downtown Washington, PA. The festival’s mission is not only to celebrate Italian heritage through music, food, and community but to ensure the tradition of such social and cultural events continue, which bring vibrancy and a sense of belonging to our community.

Vendor setup begins at 10:00am. As a courtesy, we ask that you not begin teardown before 8:00pm when the last act of entertainment is finished. We will provide detailed instructions (driving directions, parking instructions, etc.) in your confirmation letter. Please contact us if you need any special arrangements for your set-up including electricity. We will require all vendors to provide a certificate of insurance naming The Sons and Daughters of Italy Primo Italiano Lodge 2800 and the City of Washington as additional insured on the policy.

To ensure your success at our festival, we will only allow each vendor to sell the item or items they include on the form. If there are multiple vendors selling the same products, we’ll advise each vendor in case they would like to change their menu items.
